Our flower bed mulching service begins with the removal of accessible weeds from designated garden beds. We then spread an agreed layer of mulch, such as wood chips or bark, around existing ornamental plants while leaving appropriate space around stems and trunks. Mulch can help reduce direct sunlight reaching weed seeds, conserve soil moisture, and create a more uniform landscape appearance. The amount and type of mulch are selected according to the size of the bed and the customer’s preferences. This service does not guarantee weed-free soil, as some weeds may grow through the mulch or emerge on top of it. Material costs, delivery, and extensive soil preparation should be confirmed before booking.
